How to get Pippa Middleton’s perfect bum

Even before Kate Middleton had a chance to step on to the red carpet at the wedding of the century, something else had captivated the 2 billion viewers watching around the world.
And within moments of its appearance, it had almost crashed Twitter, and a Facebook appreciation site, which now boasts 150,000 ardent fans, was set up in its honour.
In case you haven’t figured it out yet, we’re talking about Pippa Middleton’s bottom. Isn’t everyone?
Draped in air-soft white silk and adorned with a row of buttons, her pert rear wiggled mesmerisingly as she slowly followed her sister down Westminster Abbey’s aisle.
Catherine was beautiful, the flower girls were adorable and Prince William was regal. But all eyes were on perky Pippa’s posterior, which looked eye-smackingly gorgeous.

So how do you get a bum as perfect as Pippa’s? Because we’ll do ANYTHING!
Let’s get the bad news out of the way first. Celebrity fitness expert Cornel Chin, who is currently training members of the Royal Family but is too discreet to divulge any names, says: “Having a slender yet rounded backside is much to do with genes.”
What a bummer.

“And if you look at Pippa’s mum Carole, you can easily see where she got her slim yet curvy, long legged figure.”
But wait. All is not lost. Cornel adds: “Better news is, there is a lot you can do to improve your butt. The gluteus maximus is a big muscle that responds quickly and dramatically to exercise. And that’s great, because I’ve already had a queue of clients pointing to pictures of Pippa and saying, ‘I want a body like THAT’.”
Even if, like lots of us Brits, your bum is so big it has to be carried around in a suitcase, Cornel – author of Celebrity Body on a Budget – insists there are simple everyday things we can do to slim it down and tone it up.

He says: “Pippa plays a lot of tennis, which is great for toning a behind because you’re on your feet constantly and doing lots of short forward and backwards sprints. And she swims frequently.
“Swimming is also good for giving you buns of steel but not the breast stroke, because the frog-like movements don’t involve your buttocks. The front crawl is far more effective.

Who is the world’s most wanted man now?

  • Technically, Osama bin Laden may not have been the world’s ‘most wanted man’ - there’s no such official list – but he was without doubt the most well-known and notorious criminal on the planet.

  • After he masterminded the September 11 attacks he became the subject of a ten-year manhunt by American military and intelligence forces that undoubtedly cost billions of dollars.

  • It’s highly unlikely that in all human history that so many resources have gone into capturing (or in this case killing) one person. All of which raises the question; now that he’s dead, who will replace him as the world’s most sought after felon?

  • With no official round-up that’s recognised around the world, the next best thing is the ‘World's 10 Most Wanted Fugitives’ list published by American media company Forbes every year. They have worked with law enforcement agencies in the US and around the globe to identify a top ten. All had been charged or indicted for their crimes, and until the events of last weekend in Pakistan, bin Laden was top of the pile.

  1. Joaquin Guzman Loera

With Osama gone Mexican drug lord Guzman now moves up to take the number one spot. Nicknamed ‘El Chapo’, meaning ‘Shorty’ (he’s only 5ft 6 inches tall), Guzman heads up the Sinaloa Cartel, which specialises in importing cocaine into the US.He became Mexico’s most powerful drug kingpin when his rival, Osiel Cárdenas of the Gulf Cartel, was arrested in 2003. Since then his organisation has fought bloody wars with other gangs over transport corridors into the US that have lead to thousands of murders.Mexican and US media sources also claim Guzman has infiltrated the highest levels of the Mexican government, who may have helped him destroy other cartels. Nonetheless, he was arrested back in 1993 for drug trafficking and bribery but when Mexican courts ruled he could be extradited to the United States in 2001, Guzman bribed guards at the Puente Grande prison to smuggle him out in a laundry truck. More than 70 prison officials were later arrested over the incident. He’s had several run-ins with the Mexican military since, but has so far evaded capture. Interpol and the US government are also tracking Guzman, with the latter placing a $5million dollar bounty on his head. He’s currently ranked by Forbes to be 60th most powerful person in the world, and has an estimated fortune of $1 billion. The next four places on the Forbes list are all also crime bosses, though they hail from all over the globe.

  1. Dawood Ibrahim KaskarKaskar

heads D-Company - an organised crime family in Mumbai. Besides the usual cocktail of drug trafficking, arms smuggling and murder, he’s also been accused of associating with al-Qaeda and of masterminding the 1993 Bombay bombings, which killed 257 people. There are rumours he’s on the run in Pakistan and that he’s had plastic surgery to alter his appearance.

  1. Semion Mogilevich

Some law enforcement agencies believe he’s the ‘boss of bosses’ of every Russian crime syndicate in the world. He’s on the FBI’s 10 most wanted list for a $150m share fraud in the US.

  1. Matteo Messina Denaro Denaro

is a Sicilian mafia boss who took charge of the Cosa Nostra after the arrest of Bernardo Provenzano in 2006. Reportedly a renowned playboy with a fondness for Ray Bans, he’s been on the run since 2003.

  1. Alimzhan Tokhtakhounov

Uzbek mobster Alimzhan Tokhtakhounov completes the Forbes top five. Despite also reportedly controlling a vast criminal empire, he’s most famous for allegedly bribing judges to favour the Russian figure skating team at the 2002 Winter Olympics, denying the Canadian pair a deserved gold medal.

Hollywood actors real names

Hollywood actors real names

  1. Jennifer Aniston - Jennifer Anastassakis Not the wildest change of name, as it sounds as though it stemmed from a fairly lazy teacher who couldn’t be bothered to ask how to pronounce it. Either that of Jennifer couldn't pronounce it herself. They are the only possible explanations.

  2. Nicolas Cage - Nicolas Kim Coppola With Nic Cage’s recent spell in a police cell, this change of name seems fairly ironic. Maybe it was all part of his master plan to distance himself from the Coppola family.

  3. Michael Caine - Maurice Joseph Micklewhite Probably one of the wisest name changes in the history of letters. Maurice Micklewhite sounds more like a killer in ‘The Hills Have Eyes’ rather than a talented actor. The name would have helped him get an endorsement deal with M&Ms though. Swings and roundabouts we guess.

  4. Michael Keaton - Michael John Douglas Quite clearly a ploy to steer clear of a case of mistaken identity. He might have accidentally won an Oscar though.

  5. Marilyn Monroe - Norma Jean Mortenson - Norma Jean Baker One of the most iconic names in cinematic history is one just plucked from the air before her first audition. A bit disappointing, much like the Enigma… or ‘The Tourist’.

  6. Bruce Willis - Walter Bruce Willis Walter? WALTER? His entire effortless cool and action hero swagger has been sabotaged by name terrorists. Get that white (and then immediately brown) tank top back on Bruce and save the day again!

  7. Whoopi Goldberg - Caryn Elaine Johnson If you could choose your name to any name in the world, who else would have landed with ‘Whoopi’? So ridiculous you thought that it couldn’t be made up. It can and it was. She now kind of sounds like an ice cream. Perfect for the current heat-wave.

  8. Tom Cruise - Thomas Mapother IVGosh, doesn’t Tom Cruise’s real name sound a bit posh? Maybe he should have kept his birth name, then he would have been slated for that rather than his movies.

  9. John Wayne - Marion Morrison Everybody’s favourite cowboy, John Wayne, starred on top of many a horse back in the day. Any self respecting steed would have bucked off a man named Marion Morrison so it probably best he went for the change.

  10. Natalie Portman - Natalie Hershlag Natalie probably spotted the iconic Sun-pun headlines coming a mile off on this one and took decisive and much needed action.

Other surprising real names:Danny DeVito - Daniel MichaeliKirk Douglas - Issur Danielovitch DemskyBen Kingsley - Krishna BanjiJudy Garland – Frances GummJamie Foxx - Eric Marlon BishopBob Hope - Leslie Townes HopeJodie Foster – Elisabeth FosterMeg Ryan - Margaret Mary Emily Anne HyraCharlie Sheen - Carlos Irwin EstevezChristopher Walken - Ronald WalkenGene Wilder - Jerome Silberman

Premier League - Al Fayed defends Jackson statue

  • Fulham chairman Mohamed Al Fayed has told fans they can "go to hell" - or Chelsea - if they do not appreciate the new Michael Jackson statue at Craven Cottage.

  • Al Fayed, a close friend of the late performer, caused controversy after announcing he had decided to place the tribute to Jackson outside the Cottagers' stadium.

  • The statue was commissioned following Jackson's death in June 2009 and was due to be erected at Harrods before Al Fayed sold the Knightsbridge store.

  • "Why is it bizarre?," Al Fayed said after the unveiling. "Football fans love it. If some stupid fans don't understand and appreciate such a gift they can go to hell."

  • He added: "I don't want them to be fans. If they don't understand and don't believe in things I believe in they can go to Chelsea, they can go to anywhere else.

  • "People will queue to come and visit it from all over the UK and it is something that I and everybody else should be proud of."

  • Kit Symons played during Jackson's appearance against Wigan in 1999 and is now U18s manager at the Cottagers.

  • "It is great," he said. "The big thing is it is obviously something that the chairman feels very, very passionately about and he has decided to erect this statue and fair dos to him." Speaking on the time of Jackson's visit, he added: "It was just happy times. They were great times back then.

  • "The chairman obviously used to bring high-profile people down to the games.

  • "Tony Curtis was here a few weeks after and it was just fantastic times."
